1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We use trusted third-party couriers to ensure your coffee is delivered promptly and securely. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout, and they may include:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 2-5 working days.
  • Express Delivery: Typically takes 1-2 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2.3 Shipping Confirmation
